Aloo Mirch

Anything with potatoes can hardly go wrong. And a dish with potato and Bell Peppers, no way!!!!! I usually prepare this for my hubby's lunch box. Now there's no lunch box, he comes home for lunch......Yipeeee!!!!

Ingredients
Boiled Potato - 2
Bell Peppers - 2
Onion - 1
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Method
Heat oil, add chopped onions and saute.
Add cubed potato and chopped capsicum, all masala powder and cook well.
Serve hot with chapathis!!
